HOUSE RULES

Check-in & check-out

- Check-in from 17:00. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-out on request, depending on the next guests' arrival.

- Your entry code is personal; please don't share it.

 

Guests & noise

- Maximum 4 guests. Visitors who aren't on the booking are not allowed to stay overnight.

- No parties or events.

- Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00, out of respect for our neighbours and other guests.

 

Smoking & pets

- No smoking inside the cabins, including vaping. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace; please use the ashtray.

- No pets allowed. 

 

Private hot tub

- Please shower before using the hot tub.

- No glass, food or soap in the hot tub.

- Children must always be supervised by an adult in and around the hot tub.

- Please put the cover back on after each use to keep the water warm and clean.

- Avoid using the hot tub after drinking alcohol.

 

Safety & the outdoors

- The cabin are on the shore of Canal Señoret: please supervise children near the water at all times.

- Patagonian wind can be very strong. Close doors and windows when you go out, and hold doors firmly when opening them.

- Please don't park in front of the gate.

 

Taking care of the cabin

- Please turn off lights, heating and the hot tub controls when you go out.

- Separate the rubbish and leave it in the bins outside.

- Dish washing is not included in the cleaning. If dirty dishes are left, a 20 USD fee will apply.

- Please report any damage or breakage; accidents happen, and it helps us get things ready for the next guests.

- We refill the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles to reduce plastic use, so please don't take them with you.
