On the shores of Canal Señoret in Puerto Natales, Chilean Patagonia, 2 km, 5 minutes drive from downtown Puerto Natales and 1 hour from Torres del Paine National Park.
How do I check in?
Check-in is self-service with a keyless entry code we send before arrival, so you can arrive at any hour. Check-in is from 17:00, most likely will be before that, it will depend on the check out that day.
Does every unit have a private hot tub?
Yes. Each unit has its own private hot tub on the terrace, available 24/7, with temperature controls you set yourself.
How many guests can stay?
Water House and Water Nook sleep up to 8 guests each (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Water Cabin sleeps up to 4 (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom).
Do you have an accessible unit?
Yes. Our adapted unit has 83 cm wide doors, a step-free bathroom and shower, a shower chair and fixed grab bars at the shower and toilet.
Is there Wi-Fi and parking?
Yes, free Wi-Fi in all units and free parking next to each cabin.
Is the kitchen equipped?
Yes, each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker and cookware.Bed linen and towels are included.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
What extra services do you offer?
Daily housekeeping and laundry, all for an extra fee. Ask us when you book.
Is it a good base for Torres del Paine?
Yes. Many guests stay with us before and after visiting the park. We share tips on hikes, glacier tours, boat trips and restaurants.
How do I pay when I book direct?
You can pay by credit or debit card or PayPal through our secure booking system.
What is IVA?
VAT (IVA) is a tax applied to all products and services in Chile. However, in the hotel industry, we can issue an Export Invoice to exempt foreign guests from this tax.
To do this, the following requirements must be met:
• Payment must be made in foreign currency.
• A copy/photo of the passport.
• A copy/photo of the PDI entry slip (ticket de entrada).
These documents prove that the guest is a foreign visitor.
For chilean IVA is mandatory and it's not included on the price.
What is your cancellation policy?
Guests who cancel within 5 days of check-in, or during their stay, will be charged for 1 additional night and refunded 50% of the unused nights.
